Returns and Refund Policy

We offer intimate products designed for, well, intimate purposes! Similar to how a clothing retailer does not accept returns on underwear, we also do not provide refunds for items unless they are defective or damaged during transit. This policy is primarily for your protection. Consequently, we cannot compromise our health and safety standards by accepting returned items—regardless of whether a claim asserts that the product has not been used.
If we were to trust all returns as ‘unopened, unused’, it would be fair to say that we could then place the “unused” product back on our shelves for resale. This would not be in the best interest of the customer who purchases these so-called “unused” items. We believe this practice is unacceptable, and we are confident you would concur.

All sex toys, adult products, and lingerie are dispatched in standard high-quality, professional packaging. However, it may happen (ever so infrequently) that a product is damaged or broken in transit. In this case, we will collect the damaged item and replace without delay.

Most of our toys are accompanied by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty to ensure they remain in optimal working condition for you.
