Online shopping is convenient and enjoyable. Don’t worry if you are new to the online shopping experience. Everyone has to start somewhere! Find the products you want, click “buy now” and then checkout using the “checkout” button in your shopping cart once you are ready. Proceed with payment, sit back and relax. We take care of the rest.

Is Payment secure?

We offer several different options for payment. Each is highly secure and very safe to use. EFT or cash deposits are done via your own secure internet banking (or deposit at the bank). Credit card payments are handled by our very safe and secure payment gateway “PayU”.

Is it Safe to Order Online?

It is a natural instinct to hesitate to put your personal details or payment information on a website. There are lots of ‘fly-by’nights’ out there and we have also come across them! 

Sextoys.co.za was established in 2008. Since then we have discreetly but very efficiently delivered quality sex toys to all corners of the country. We are trusted sellers on many of South Africas large selling-platforms with only positive feedback from customers. We aren’t going anywhere! Your order is processed immediately as received, during our work hours (8am – 5.30pm) on weekdays and Saturdays. Shopping Cart

Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click Place order on the checkout page and receive an e-mail confirmation that we’ve received your order.

You can modify an item in your Shopping Cart:

• To change the quantity, enter a number in the Quantity box and click Update.
• To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, click Delete.
• To wait until another day to buy some of the items in your Shopping Cart, leave the items in the cart or your wishlist. Click Proceed to Checkout when you are ready to purchase it.

Note: Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price the item held when you first placed it in your cart.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Its a very common question and very understandable concern! We cannot emphasise enough how much we treat your privacy and confidentiality with utmost priority. None of your information is shared with third parties. We will only use your email address and/or phone number to contact you (the account holder) to confirm delivery of your orders, or, if you have signed up for our newsletter, to send you information and promotions. Upon receipt of your order, we will dispatch your package in nondescript packaging. That means absolutely no indication what the contents are or where the parcel is coming from!
